- All returns must be brought back or delivered back to our store with 14 days.
- We are not responsible for shipping cost on return or exchange items.
- We do not provide return labels.
- If item is damaged or defected we will cover shipping cost.
- Please enclose packing slip or paper with order number and whether you choose to return or exchange an item(s).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.
- Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
- Items on our sale rack in store or sale section online!
- Intimates (i.e. Self Adhesive Bras), Face Masks, and Jewelry
- Hats and Beanies
- Car freshies
- Soap and bath products
- Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale
- Gift cards
- OOPS sale tees! These tees are listed as oops therefore you know items may have small imperfections in order to get a deal!
- Any items using a discount greater than 25%
- Pre Order items
